To understand the overall change in consumer behavior for health and welfare, ICICI Lombard General Insurance has created a national network with over 1532 respondents with different working conditions like Partial Work from Home (WFH) and Complete Work from Home in various metro cities. level survey.

The survey further revealed that two out of every three respondents were aware of the benefits of a healthy lifestyle as the major motivator to take a step in the right direction. The survey revealed Covid has put a burden on the mental health of those who are partially working from home. It is showing a significant reduction in the proportion of health status from 54% during the Pre-Covid period to 34% during the post-COVID period. Primarily, 89% of people expect employers to implement health and welfare programs. Only 75% are satisfied with the offers currently being offered by their employers.
