In Uttar Pradesh, 34% of households have one or more members currently suffering from flu-like symptoms. In response to this question, 66% of the people said no, no one is sick in the house. 19% said that only one member of the household has symptoms. 10% said that 2-3 members in the household have symptoms. At the same time, five percent said that four or more members have symptoms.
But, in 15 days, there has been a 240% increase in the number of families in which one or more persons are currently suffering from flu/viral fever-like symptoms. Even before this, a survey conducted by The Local circle on August 21, 2021, indicated that 10% of households in Uttar Pradesh have one or more members who are currently suffering from flu-like symptoms.
